  • Majority of the responses came from individuals who are FEMALE / AFAB (AROUND 79%)

  • A majority of individuals were NOT FORMALLY DIAGNOSED with anxiety (AROUND 51%)

  • The top three diagnoses were GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER, POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER, and DEPRESSION

  • (60.2%) of individuals anxiety SYMPTOMS WORSENED since the pre-pandemic to now
